What is your cancellation policy?
To avoid a fee, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 6 hours of pickup may be charged the full fare.
Is there a fee for flight delays?
No. We monitor all flights. For airport pickups, we provide 45 minutes of free waiting time from your actual flight arrival.
Can I request a car seat?
Yes, we provide one car seat for an additional fee of $20. Please request it at the time of booking.
What are your wait time or stop fees?
For any requested stops or waiting beyond the free period, a fee applies: $1.50/minute for sedans and $2.00/minute for SUVs.
Do you offer hourly (as-directed) service?
Yes. Our hourly rates start at $85/hour for sedans and $115/hour for SUVs, with a 2-hour minimum.
